On August 8, the 2025 World Robot Conference grandly opened at Beijing Etrong International Exhibition & Convention Center.Zhongke Lingxi made a remarkable appearance with a host of innovative products, showcasing its latest technological achievements in the field of robotic dexterous hands.

Multiple Products Stunningly Unveiled!
Integrated "Mechanism + Hardware + Algorithm" Solution
During the demonstration, the newly developed linkage-driven dexterous hand of Zhongke Lingxi caught visitors’ attention with its outstanding response speed. Equipped with a high-precision worm and wormwheel drive system, it can instantly capture micro-tremor signals of the finger flexors the moment the experiencer’s palm leaves the tabletop, and complete predictive joint contraction 0.5 seconds before the motion forms, redefining the boundary of human-machine interaction.
The linkage-driven dexterous hand is fitted with 5 force/tactile sensors and 18 degrees of freedom. It can easily grasp irregular or fragile objects such as glass, eggs and fabrics, and adapts to a wide range of application scenarios.

Different from the linkage-driven dexterous hand, the tendon-driven dexterous hand has 22 degrees of freedom for the whole hand. It can perform complex motions like grasping and pinching just as human hands do, and excels in delicate operations including clamping, rotation and precise plugging and unplugging. The servo electric cylinder dexterous hand delivers a gripping force of >100N, repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.2mm and fingertip position error of 1mm. Featuring high-speed response, high load capacity and self-locking property, it can readily meet practical demands in various scenarios.

| Dynamic Demonstration of Tendon-driven Dexterous Hand
The self-developed upper computer control system for dexterous hands supports multi-dimensional fine control functions including precise finger position adjustment, acceleration curve optimization, dynamic speed regulation and torque threshold setting. It is also reserved with expansion interfaces to support subsequent function upgrade and equipment expansion, lowering iteration costs.

From worm and wormwheel to servo electric cylinder drive, from mechanical structure to control system, Zhongke Lingxi no longer focuses on a single drive technology. Instead, it concentrates on full-stack technology integration of "mechanism + hardware + algorithm" to build integrated solutions. With comprehensive support from the Jiangsu Leili platform resources, the company independently manufactures low-cost, high-performance core components, realizes localization of core parts, cuts production costs by more than 50%, and empowers mass production and deployment of dexterous hands across diversified scenarios!
In the future, backed by the technical reserves of the University of Science and Technology of China, Zhongke Lingxiwill further expand application scenarios of dexterous hands, improve the human-robot collaboration ecosystem, upgrade the control system, enhance multi-dimensional control and compatibility to support more complex motions and scenarios, and drive the technical upgrading and iteration of dexterous hands.
