Mindsync Tech is headquartered in Hefei, Anhui, and was established in September 2024. The company is technologically empowered by the USTC Advanced Technology Research Institute and strategically invested and controlled by Jiangsu Leili Motor (300660), a listed leader in the micro-motor industry, together with its holding subsidiary Jiangsu DINGS Technology.

The company focuses on industrial dexterous manipulation and embodied AI solutions. In terms of product portfolio, starting with mass-produced anthropomorphic five-fingered dexterous hands, it has expanded into robotic arms, humanoid robots, and intelligent algorithms and control systems, covering three core technology routes: linkage-driven, tendon-driven, and direct-drive. In parallel, the company has developed the "Mindsync MECA" — with the Mindsync VLA Model and Mindsync Data Collection Platform forming the decision-making layer, responsible for task understanding and strategy planning; and the dexterous hand motion control system and force control algorithms forming the control layer, responsible for millisecond-level motion execution and force feedback. The two layers work in synergy to deliver a full-stack "Mechanics + Hardware + Algorithms" architecture.

To date, the company's products have been deployed in real-world industrial scenarios including chemical hazardous sampling, precision motor assembly, and intelligent power operations, with cumulative shipments exceeding 1,000 units across more than 10 industrial sectors. Mindsync Tech is one of the very few independent integrators in China with full "hand-to-brain" stack capability, serial production capacity, and integrated batch delivery capability for industrial-grade dexterous hands.
