On May 16, at the 2025 Industrial Intelligent Control Product Launch themed "Boundless Intelligent Control · Dynamic Future", Jiangsu Leili Group officially launched a series of new products for embodied intelligence and industrial control, including a new-generation high-precision dexterous hand developed by its subsidiary Zhongke Lingxi and a full range of industrial control drive solutions.

As a leading supplier of modular micro-motor solutions, Jiangsu Leili has built an integrated motor drive system solution platform of "mechatronics and software control" through endogenous development, external investment and industrial cooperation, and formed a sound industrial ecosystem for embodied intelligence.

At the launch event, Wang Wenwei, Founder and General Manager of Anhui Zhongke Lingxi, a subsidiary of Jiangsu Leili, presented live demonstrations of the dexterous hand performing object grasping, ball tossing and finger dancing. Wang Wenwei stated that drawing on years of scientific research achievements from the University of Science and Technology of China, the linkage-driven dexterous hand has 18 degrees of freedom with a gripping force greater than 50N; the tendon-driven dexterous hand has 22 degrees of freedom with a gripping force greater than 30N. Both models can realize keyboard typing, piano playing, two-finger/three-finger picking and gripping. Meanwhile, integrated with self-developed motion control algorithms and efficient data acquisition capability, they support combinations of tactile, force, position and other sensors. With all-round support from the Jiangsu Leili platform resources, the company independently manufactures low-cost, high-performance core components, and its price is only 50% of that of domestic products with equivalent performance.

Wang Wenwei added that the core team is the first team capable of full independent R&D and mass production covering machinery, hardware and algorithms for dexterous hands. The team will keep leveraging industry-university-research resources to accelerate technical upgrading and iteration of dexterous hands, and make sufficient preparations for mass production and commercial application of dexterous hands.

At the conference, Jiangsu Leili and its subsidiaries also exhibited a series of key products in the field of industrial intelligent control. Shi Liqiang, Deputy General Manager of DINGS Technology, said the company continues to build a precision motion control product platform, including 6mm-42mm coreless motors and supporting precision planetary gearboxes, equipped with high-precision miniature planetary roller screws, ball screws and other products, to provide highly customized motion control components and overall solutions for customers in many industries.

Zhao Jinye, General Manager of Ruichi Tongli, said the company integrates photoelectric sensors and a dual closed-loop servo control system to achieve a technological leap from traditional brushless motors to high-precision opto-mechatronic motors, and has become a supplier for many leading LiDAR customers.

Li Yongbing, General Manager of the Industrial High-Efficiency Motor Division of Jiangsu Leili, emphasized that the company has developed energy-saving industrial high-efficiency motors based on two technical routes: permanent magnet synchronous motors and axial flux motors. Among them, permanent magnet synchronous motors adopt rare-earth-free magnetic materials to replace traditional rare-earth DC motors for energy conservation, environmental protection and lower costs.

In the closing speech of the launch event, Su Da, General Manager of Jiangsu Leili, stressed that Jiangsu Leili has built a close embodied intelligence industrial ecosystem through equity investment and business cooperation, rapidly advancing technical finalization, mass production and cost reduction of relevant products. It has carried out investment and business cooperation with robot manufacturers such as Booster Robotics and Weilan Technology.

Cheng Hao, Founder and General Manager of Booster Robotics, who attended the conference and delivered a keynote speech on embodied intelligence, said core team members graduated from the Tsinghua University Robot Control Laboratory and have focused on humanoid robot research for more than 20 years, boasting rare original R&D capability and practical engineering experience. As the supply chain matures faster and large model technologies improve decision-making and human-machine interaction capabilities, the combination with humanoid robots will unlock huge application potential in the future.

During the conference, Jiangsu Leili signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Weilan Technology, a representative domestic quadruped robot enterprise, to further deepen equity and business cooperation. Both parties stated that they will focus on joint research on core joint actuators for quadruped robots, and jointly develop actuator solutions with higher performance, lower cost and better durability.
