In the production workshop of Lu'an Leili Motor, multiple Zhongke Lingxi LG-601 linkage-driven dexterous hands repeat three operations: picking up motor assemblies, straightening wires, and fastening cable ties. One full cycle takes only 9 seconds, supporting nonstop 24-hour operation with zero failures and zero maintenance.

This is no laboratory demo, but a typical working day for the LG-601 on the factory floor. We firmly believe: the ultimate value of dexterous hands lies not in imitating human piano-playing or calligraphy, but in serving as reliable, durable and cost-effective productivity tools for industrial sites.
“Not Fit for Factories?” The Common Plight Faced by Most Dexterous Hands
Industrial applications set simple, direct priorities for equipment: reliability first, practicality second, cost third. These three criteria are exactly where most dexterous hands fall short.
| Tendon-driven dexterous hands: High degrees of freedom and flexible manipulation, yet lacking stability under high-load, high-impact industrial conditions. They are better suited for domestic service robots and medical assistance.
| Traditional two-finger grippers: Robust in structure, yet only compatible with fixed-size parts. Product changeover requires redesigned and refitted fixtures, triggering downtime of at least 2 hours.
| Imported dexterous hands: Decent performance, yet priced at hundreds of thousands of RMB, unaffordable for most SMEs.

Therefore, despite a wide variety of dexterous hand products on the market, very few can withstand harsh industrial conditions, run continuously on production lines for more than one month, and deliver tangible economic benefits for manufacturers.
LG-601: Not Chasing Spec Sheet Numbers, Proving 24/7 Failure-Free Operation
Since day one, Zhongke Lingxi has never aimed to build exhibit pieces for laboratories. We chose a tougher path: adopt pragmatic engineering thinking to build dexterous hands capable of stable 24-hour operation on industrial frontlines.

After countless iterations, tests and validations, we rolled out the LG-601 linkage-driven dexterous hand, purpose-built for industrial assembly scenarios. With full-rigid linkage transmission technology, it serves as a true "steel hand" adapted to industrial environments.
Four Industrial-Grade Core Strengths to Resolve Three Major Deployment Pain Points
The LG-601 does not pursue maximum DOFs or flashy appearances. Instead, it excels in the three dimensions customers care about most — reliability, practicality and cost-effectiveness.
1. Extreme Reliability: 10,000 Hours of Failure-Free Operation
Tendon-driven designs suffer from wear? The LG-601 adopts full-rigid linkage transmission, with zero tendons and zero pulleys. Power is transferred via high-precision mechanical linkages. The simple, sturdy structure fundamentally eliminates wear and precision drift.
We completed a 10,000-hour continuous fatigue test. Result: no obvious wear on the transmission mechanism, and repeat positioning accuracy remains at factory specification.
——In short: It may not be the most flexible, but it is built to endure heavy workloads.
2. High Speed & Efficiency: 9-second Cycle, Two Units Replace One Worker
Equipped with our self-developed high-speed control system, the LG-601 reaches a fingertip speed of 360°/s with a response latency below 1ms. At the motor terminal bundling station, a skilled worker finishes one full cycle in 15 seconds, while the LG-601 completes it in just 9 seconds, lifting efficiency by 67%.
More importantly, it can operate 24 hours nonstop without fatigue or distraction, unlike human operators. Real data from the Lu'an motor plant shows: 2 units of LG-601 fully replace one skilled worker. A single workstation cuts labor costs by more than 100,000 RMB annually, with payback within less than one year.
3. Adaptive Flexibility: 5-Minute Changeover, No Fixture Swap Required
Traditional grippers struggle most with model switching: every new product requires fixture redesign, triggering a 2-hour production halt.
The LG-601 features a 6-active +10-passive DOF layout. 6 motors drive 16 joints, and passive adaptive mechanisms enable fingers to conform automatically to workpieces of diverse shapes and sizes.
No fixture replacement is needed. It reliably handles regular and irregular parts ranging from 5 mm screws to 20 kg workpieces. Changeover time drops from 2 hours for conventional grippers to just 5 minutes, easing pain points for multi-variant low-batch production and lowering manufacturing costs.

It also delivers user-friendly control logic. Even beginners without robotics experience can independently program motion sequences after just 1 day of training, with no dedicated algorithm team required.
Full-Stack In-House R&D + Localized Sourcing = Outstanding Cost Performance
Core components of the LG-601 — brushless coreless motors, lead screws, force sensors, drive-and-control systems — are 100% self-developed and 100% domestically sourced.
This completely mitigates supply-chain bottleneck risks while enabling tight cost control. At equivalent performance levels, the LG-601 is priced 30%-50% lower than international brands and over 20% cheaper than comparable domestic alternatives.
Real-World Deployment Across Multiple Scenarios, Rooting Dexterous Hands Deep in Industrial Frontlines
Beyond the Lu'an motor plant, the LG-601 runs steadily in more than 10 real industrial scenarios, including high-risk chemical sampling at a China National Chemical Engineering site, intelligent inspection at a Changzhou power distribution substation, and bellows quality inspection at an electronics factory in Dongguan.

Zhongke Lingxi receives technical support from the USTC Institute of Advanced Technology and holds strategic investment and holding from Jiangsu Leili, a leading micro-motor manufacturer. Focused on industrial dexterous manipulation, we have built a full-stack technical framework integrating mechanical design, hardware and algorithms. We are among the very few domestic teams with end-to-end "hand-to-brain" capabilities and integrated delivery capacity.
We do not aim to be spotlight stars; we strive to be a reliable backbone for industrial sites.
